COVID-19 POLICY

Doing everything we can to keep one another safe.

After three years of online conferences, we are thrilled to be able to gather again in-person. However, we are still in the middle of a pandemic, and so we are taking every precaution we are able to minimize the risk of infection.

All conference attendees are encouraged to wear a mask at all times, when not eating or drinking. Science shows that a well-fitting mask dramatically reduces the spread of COVID-19 and other airborne illnesses.

All conference attendees must be fully-vaccinated! That means at least one dose of Johnson & Johnson, or two doses of Pfizer or Moderna.

All conference speakers will take a rapid test each morning, so they can remove their masks while presenting.

Air filtration units will be set up in the plenary floor! We are working with public health advisors to do everything we can to reduce airborne transmission. We will continue to communicate and implement their recommendations as we get closer to the conference.
